Information about your stay at the Elslerhof

Good to know

BOOKING

  • Booking confirmation:
    To confirm your booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The deposit can be transferred to the following account:

  • In addition to the price:
    Local tax: The local tax of €2.70 per person per day (from the age of 14 up) must be paid on site.
    Final cleaning: 50,00 € per apartment

  • Payment: We accept payments by cash, bank transfer, ATM/credit card and cheque.

  • Cancellation conditions:
    ancellation is free of charge up to three months before your arrival. From three months to four weeks before the start of your holiday, we charge 30% of the total booked price. In the last four weeks before the start of your holiday, we charge 70% of the total booked price. In the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% will be charged.

  • Free use of public transport and ski buses
    The South Tyrol Guest Pass entitles you to unlimited use of the ski buses in the Pustertal Valley and all public transport (including the regional train) throughout South Tyrol in winter. Use of the ski train is included up to and including the Vierschach train station. The bus journey up to and including Cortina is included. You can get the ticket from us.

FACILITIES

  • Not wheelchair accessible: Our apartments are located on the upper floor and can be reached via stairs. Please note that they are not wheelchair accessible, and, unfortunately, there is no lift.

  • Non-smoking accommodation: To ensure that all our guests feel comfortable, smoking is not permitted in the apartments. Thank you for your consideration!

  • Everything for the children: Do you need a high chair, a cot or something special? Then just let us know! You can find board games, paints and paper in the information stand at the entrance to the building.

  • Fully-equipped kitchen: In the kitchen you'll find everything you need for cooking. Is there anything missing? Let us know.

  • WiFi: Secure WiFi is available to you. You can find the password in the apartment.

  • Sports equipment: You can store your sports equipment, such as skis, toboggans, etc., in the ski room. A ski boot dryer is available. Bicycles can be stored in the garage.
     

STAY

  • Check-in & Check-out: You can check in from 01.30 pm, and we ask you to check out by 9.30 am.

  • Farm experience: We milk our dairy cows every morning at 5.30 am and in the evening at 4.40 pm. If you'd like, you are welcome to attend. But please bear our safety instructions in mind. We assume no liability for farm accidents; parents are responsible for their children.

  • Fun and games in the garden: a slide, sandpit and trampoline are waiting for you in the garden. Have fun, but take care and use them at your own risk.

  • Relaxation in a deck chair: Grab a deck chair and enjoy the peace and quiet.

  • Environmental protection: Environmental protection is very important to us. Please help us by separating your waste properly.
     

SERVICE

  • Fresh towels: No problem. Just let us know if you need fresh towels

  • Laundry: A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are available for a small fee of €5.

  • Pick-up service: Do you need a pick-up service from the train station? No problem. Let us know.

  • Information & tips: You can find event information, magazines and timetables at the entrance to the building. We're happy to share insider tips and recommendations. Just ask us!

  • Help with any problems: If anything goes wrong, we're nearby and can always be reached by phone. We're happy to be there for you!
